idk, the anatomy feels kinda off but i cant put my finger into it
>>
Very wide shoulders Even a beg like me can tell. But I like the artstyle. It is cute.
>>
>>7355031
The anatomy is alright considering this is a highly stylized drawing. The only thing that looks notably wrong to me is how stiff the pose is.
>>
>>7355031
Real blocky and stylized. Her pose is very unambitious. Hard to gauge your level of anatomical knowledge. Most of her anatomical features are hidden by clocthing with the exception of one hand. I think what you may be asking is "does my drawing appear proportioned like a human female" which is an odd thing to ask because it is clearly meant to look cartoonish.
>>
>>7355031
Kind of reminds me of Antonblast for some reason.
Blog? That's a really neat style.
>>
>>7355031
a 3/4 view should have more foreshortening on the left side, unless that's the intentional effect you are going for.

right now it lacks all depth and the body appears flat. you could also try drawing your lines to a VP but that may clash with your intent for the piece idk.
>>
>>7355031
anatomy is fine the pose is just stiff

You have to step out of your comfort zone if you want to grow. Your style focuses on the silhouette so make the it more interesting. Why Draw someone standing doing absolutely nothing? It's the most boring safe thing you can do. What is her personality? Standing at attention? Keep going anon you'll get there.
>>
>>7355031
Anatomy's fine, stylized as it is, it's just an optical illusion where the braid covered the shoulder joint just so, that it looks kinda wonky.

Also she reminds me of Robin from Wolfwalkers in a passing way.

It looks like you're afraid of drawing anything more than characters stiffly positioned in voids. Try messing with perspective more, drawing detailed backgrounds, and drawing characters doing interesting things.
What kind of art do you like? Do you have any artists that you look up to? If so, tell us so we can give you tips about how to reach their level.

so what is anon supposed to do? Just not draw that pose ever? Where is the list of forbidden poses you can't draw? what if anon wanted tehm to stand exactly like that? The failure was in his initial thought? His primal desire to draw someone standing at attention?

i struggle with stiff / similar poses and draw in void backgrounds. the lack of background is because I don't care for it, like I actually want it to be pretty girl in void, but it seems I don't have a natural tendency in me to do poses. I spent effort trying to figure it out on various occasions and still don't know why i so often just... don't do them?

Originally, I didn't know how to, (like not knowing certain angles), but the thing is I physically know how to draw most angles now, and drawn good posey poses before, and yet I shrimply just do not do it as default for some reason.

My best guess is that deep down i don't fundamentally care to do it, even if I wish I would and think the results would be better. I definitely find the idea of going out of my way to consciously try and pose annoying, and it isn't essential to the kind of thing I like to draw. when I draw lewds for example, I am much much more posey.

i feel like you're doing something slightly wrong thats messing you up, and if you fixed it everything would fit a lot better.

1: can you show me how you do your construction and guidelines? (especially the default kind you do for stiff drawings.) Your problem probably isn't what I think it is, but just in case.

2: There is a paper-like flatness to your heads and limbs in a lot of your drawings. kind of reminds me of dont starve. >>7358289 doesn't have this problem, so you're capable of 3D.

One solution is find a good 3D shape for the head. (you can use sketchfab for 3D models as a ref if you want btw.)
2nd solution is practice finer angles of head. Like do 45 view, then the angle between 45 and front view, and inbetween that between, etc. to however much gradient you want. its nothing crazy, but the study does help a little if you are stuck to very specific angles.

maybe you are trying to be too geometric? like... too shapey? obviously to an extent its your style, so idk.

it reminds me of this eye i used to draw. I thought of constructing an eye out of arcs like this, because i had trouble making the lashes thick, so i figured this method would be a good solution, cuz its very quick and easy to do, and its kind of unique. 3 arcs very quick, don't even need to lift the pen off the page to do it.

it seemed like a rly good and clever method, but i eventually noticed that for some reason whenever I used these eyes, i just usually didn't like the result. I never overtly thought it looked bad or anything, i only noticed because I pay very close attention to my success rate, and realized it none of the drawings I used it in were ones i ended up liking, so i stopped using it. it was a subtle thing to notice.

>>

1:Mi construction line are this, tho i normally make it a little more detailed, this example in particular is kind of old since i normally delete my sketch lines when i finish a drawing.

2: Yeah i noticed it too. One of my inspirations is the artist Funamusea and the style of pantyandstocking anarchy, so its probably also because of that that it feels so flat.

I also tought of making a 3d models of the head but i always get lazy and never did it xDD I should do it

the style is good i guess but i personally dont like it.

My advice: forget about this style for a week. Draw figures and gestures for a while, something that is out of your comfort zone. Go back to this after that and something will change.
>>
>>7358674
oh this one is good, if it was all like this you'd have no problem.

Also again, I feel ya, im the same way. im utterly incapible of doing something I don't care about. The trick is to find a way that is compatible with what you want, so you're not compromising. doing what you love is the only way that works, trying to force yourself always just fails in practice, so need to catch yourself so you don't waste your resources on stuff you don't love, it will just fail and be a waste. I accept that I am just a picky artist like that, anyways.

for example, i used to not like drawing guys, only cute girls, until i tried drawing them cute but still guyish. Turns out its actually quite fun, and I love drawing guys now and do it for fun. I never do backgrounds, but I love spooky things, so i want to learn spooky trees and stuff. see how I think? its not about loving what you hate, but finding something you love, so you can do new things through that.

I was a picky eater growing up, i tried to overcome it and forced myself to eat foods i hated the taste and texture of. Forcing made me able to accept strange textures and can easily endure trying new foods like a normal person now. However, when I stopped forcing myself, the only foods i kept eating were just the ones I found tasted nice. in all my forcing, not once have i ever come to like a food unless I already found it tasted good, repeated eating never made any bad taste turn into good taste. really, I just learned how to do adjust the bad foods into a way that I would naturally like it - like putting carrots in strong soup stock for good flavor, y'know, to make it the way I like it. that and well, there were a lot of things that actually tasted good i just never tried, or could easily get over. Like mustard just tastes like sour... its such a non-issue, and sour can improve things, yet kid me avoided it, haha. Fruits tasted good but i couldn't eat because of texture, so getting over texture was all I needed.

getting kino

If you're feeling unsure about making the figure dynamic (you probably will, it takes lots of experience to get most intended poses well), start with a single action line defining the figure at full length, and build on top of it
