How common is to separate steps into diferent sessions of the day when making 2D animations?Seems stupid, but I figured out I can get more stuff done by separating sketch, inking, matte coloring and shading into 4 sessions instead of trying to get everything in one day.

very common. gotta plan everything in steps.speaking of planning, your key poses are total shit. the timing is very off, too. Looks like you were drawing straight ahead and now everything looks wrong. Next time, draw the three keys (preparing to kick/ kick/ kick aftermath) then draw the breakdowns for each and add inbetweens when necessary.Artwise, your drawings look basic but not shit. Just plan your shit better and it will, in turn, look better.
