yo guys. I wanna draw a beautiful perspective in my drawings. do you have any good exercises for this topic? aha or maybe drawing three-dimensional figures is enough?
>>7371347perspective made easy or space drawing perspective
>>7371347DRAW THE BOX
>>7371347It's my biggest struggle probably. Drawabox did not work out for me
How to draw by scott robertson, you have to watch the videos that go along with the book tho, its an advanced book but it is very goodPerspective Made Easy is for the beginnerFramed Perspective is also goodJust keep trying books until it makes sense
>>7373179How to draw was WAY too fucking advanced for my little peanut brain
>>7373181The book is very advanced for sure, but imo it’s really for those interested in drawing vehicles and complex environments, which is def too much for someone just learning perspective. Probably better to start with perspective made easy . I made the mistake of trying Robertson first , which helped me understand perspective conceptually but not really apply it too well. That’s what perspective made easy was better for , especially since it has life drawing tips
>>7371347https://www.handprint.com/HP/WCL/perspect1.htmlRead this. Understand the math behind it. Picture in your mind a desired angle of view/view distance and practice boxes measuring 2 x 1 unit depths so you can see how they recede, practice this for different angles and different lateral placements in your vision field. Remember, single point perspective is a special case of 2 point perspective, which is a special case of 3 point perspective, which is a simplification of spherical perspective. All vanishing points are actually angles in an infinite sphere.
