Harry is the internet animation equivalent to Dick Williams.Massively skilled animator but his perfectionism leaves him moving at a crawl to the point that any momentum he might have gained loses relevancy because most people just forget about him.

not a fan of his style, but he's obviously great technically and seems like a guy I'd get along with. I've seen a couple Slightly Artistic videos on Chris O'Neil's channel with Harry, which I enjoyed.
