It's one of the last bastions of freedom of expression and humanity. if you can't find the humor in the piss and shit challenge I feel sorry for you, your mentality must be in a dark place. I find that to be an expression of free speech, tolerance, love and fun to have such a challenge, as opposed to being canceled, judged or censored anywhere else. You call it depravity, I call it being yourself. I think having such a rigid and perfectionistic view of mentality will hinder you, and at the very least, make you feel bad on a daily basis, which will make it difficult and unfun to make it.
