You could even say "when you enter my room to talk to me I don't want to turn my head, it's FUCKING annoying and hurts my FUCKING NECK!"

Or using your desk as a division in that big opening/door will free that corner to use it for something else like a drawer, or shelves. And just put a curtain on that fucking window man, use a thick fabric, white or clear colored so it's not translucent. Or go with a dark one, and say that you can't see shit on your screen with all that light behind you.
