how do I learn to sketch without worrying about how good it looks? whenever I try to sketch it usually looks horrible, which I understand is the point but I never know how to clean it up or finalize it. I've watched some videos on it and they said to try to not erase and embrace mistakes but I just end up getting discouraged at the end result. also what methods do you guys use to sketch? I don't really have an established artsyle and would like to know how it looks.
Do you actually want to be good at drawing? If so, you need to work on the fundamentals of art.fastest way to learn the fundamentals of art is to keep a sketchbook by your bedstand and to sketch something in it every night.
>>7433447You have some misunderstandings here. When teachers say skeches don't have to be perfect they don't mean you should draw bad quality drawings you hate. What they mean is sketching are non comittal. The point is for you to have a base before actually comitting to the final lines. To explore. If your drawings aren't to the level you want at the end then it's not a sketching issue you gotta practice more. I see you already do cube fundies so whats left is for you Do mastercopies of artist you like.
