Hello, I am trying to grasp the anatomy of bodies more thoroughly. I need a more THOROUGH version of anatomy of sculptors that will teach me insertion points on the bones for the muscles! A book pls, I do not have the time for an hour long video ergo Will Weston though he is an amazing artist, having superior grasp over the idea of the reconstruction of a human body from scratch (no reference!) he tends to ramble and diverge from his original point a lot. Thank you
please do not enter my thread just to be an unhelpful crabby cunt ;) thank you so much!

Eliot Goldfinger - Human Anatomy for Artists
The red lines are where the muscles attach. Has lots of useful diagrams, even simplied bones shapes and such.
Paul Richer - Artistic Anatomy is good too.
