>>7440807Nice.
>>7440807Congrats, anon! Please tell us where/how/to whom you sold this painting. That information might be useful to others and inspire them to keep trying.

>>7440881There's an online auction portion to a gallery local to my city. My painting sat there for about a week after the gallery where it debuted before being bought and me receiving my consignment. I didn't have any information given to me about who purchased it, unfortunately.
>>7440891Thanks for the information. So your paintings were shown physically in the gallery before going to auction?>>7440885Great! I remember you were worried about this one not appealing to normies. How large are these paintings?
>>7440901>So your paintings were shown physically in the gallery before going to auctionBasically, yeah. Idk the process across the world but here there's a pipeline from uni to museum, or you can apply at a local gallery, I've had friends do that. You pay to enter obviously, set your price, either it will be bid on or purchased outright, and if it sells, you collect the consignment.
>>7440901Thank you for the optimism and encouragement but I was memeing I haven’t sold em :$ person replying is someone else
I like it.What I have seen of "normie" contemporary abstract art,it's not that far off. If that is a copyrighted character that isn't your own, then make the next one of your design. I like the cloudy air of this picture, reminds me of a Balrog engulfed in flames. Worth exploring, especially at 800£ a pop.
>>7440807That's quite impressive considering how bad the painting is. Congratulations
>>7441223Post your paintings cocksucking neurotypical. I should have signaled more genetic health for your tastes? Haha.
>>7441236It looks unfinished and the colors you chose are god awful. Once again, congratulations for managing to make that much money from something so ugly and lacking in technique.
>>7441257>colors are awfulSubjective>uglySubjective >techniqueBuzzword. Elaborate if you can. As far as I know it’s superior to 99% of traditional paintings in the market.>unfinishedSure there are some white spots but I covered them before selling it.
Real evidence or btfo
>>7440882>>7440885Where do you sell this stuff?
>>7441261It's objectively ugly and the technique is objectively amateur, but it sold, and that's the only thing that matters. You're trying to make money, not good art, and you succeeded. Again, you have my congratulations.
>>7441412I have thousands of hours of drawing and hundreds of painting under my belt. Thanks though.
>>7441461I think you're trolling and baiting now.
>>7441490Show me something better you’ve done in oil entirely from imagination and I’ll see if you’re so technical and tasteful.
>>7441236>Haha.oof, the seethe
>>7441538xD
>>7441412What about this one?
>>7441703Yup, total scam,
