Asking for 35 bucks to tell you how to know what to draw lmao
a few bucks for something that can be summarized in a setence:
Look up subjects you find appealing and draw them. Birds, anime, portraits, coold fashion, gadget.
Make a pinterest account even.

Still dont understand why proko entertains this 'jeet

When you run a business you learn something. Something so fucking stupid it doesn't make any sense and yet it still happens. People with money will spend it on the most retarded shit if they have nothing else to spend it on. Courses like this are supposed to tap into that. It's the same people that pay like 3000 dollars to have a professional help them choose their child's name. On one hand it's straight up grifting, on the other hand, nobody is forcing retards to buy it, they do it out of their own accord because they need to get their dopamine fix by buying useless shit they'll never even use. Same logic as the hoarders on this board buying mountains of art supplies and books. The new years gym goers that buy the newest running shoes and gym wear. They all do it just to make monkey brain feel good, use it a couple times then move on.

How does this effect you, personally? Just don't buy the course.

>they need to get their dopamine fix by buying useless shit they'll never even use
Nigga that's how society works.

It's how consumerism works yes and why OP as they say, shouldn't hate the player, they should hate the game. We live in a time, where you don't need to produce anything of functional value to be able to sell it. Disposable income is called that for a reason.
>>
>>7441344
sigh true
i found the best way to avoid hoarding is to use books as you need them
>need to draw an interior? let me check a perspective book
instead of hoarding all potential books

>>7441349
Wether it affects me or not, hes still a grifter come on
It also makes me lose respect for Proko
>>
>>7441337
whenever you see a video with "science" in the title, you know it's a grift
>>
>>7441363
it's to appeal to the "oh my fucking science!" crowd

Oh boy, at least there would be some good things to it if it was about creativity and expression or whatever, but nope, its about creating PRODUCT

The word 'science' triggers something in the midwit westoid brain, it's like catnip

>that disgusting art
Why would I take him seriously on anything art related?

>>7441337
when you're good at something, never do it for free
when you can convince people that you're good at something, do it for double
>>
>>7441366
These people making that much while Starbucks boy slaving away for $15 an hour.
>>
>>7441337
Well if you can charge it, you will charge it. You can always go back to thousands of other free tutorials
>>
>>7441353
I hate it whenever purchasing a tool that I'll only use it once or twice is justified by considering them as 'investment'. The best way to know if you're going to worth your money is: if it's free, would you use it a lot? Does it solve a problem that you currently have that no other tools you own/found could?

>>7441369
>how to think to draw
I remember there's that something brothers artist / author with similarly named series, but they post them regularly on xitter for free and if you want to buy their book version instead you can do so too. At least theirs are also entertaining to look at

Pretty much this.
It shows a lack of integrity, honesty, professionalism and respect for the audience if you're willing to market or sell them this type of product.
How would i know if i can trust the contents of that course if the seller doesn't respect my intelligence?

Personally, i don't watch any art tutorials on yt, because the majority of them go into irrelevant things that don't matter for most of the tutorials like emotions and shit or their personal lives.
I'm trying to learn and get some information about this hobby, not have a psychiatric session or develop a parasocial relationship with your cloutchasing ass.

There is no point in buying courses anyway since you can find anything for free nowadays.
>>
>>7441344
HOLY FPBP
>>
>>7441488
youtube tutorials are 99% clickbait by people who couldn't draw their way out of a paper bag
it doesn't work out like that, but it's be much better for a beginner to pay for a good course than sift through that shit
>>
The word 'grift' is just absolutely meaningless now. It's the nonsense word you use to say you don't like a product when you don't have a good reason to, but still have to pretend your opinion is morally righteous.
>>
>>7441337
I like New masters academy desu.. it's slow as hell and you cant jump into figure drawing immediately also the founder looks here and hates loomis

>>7441349
>He's hindering thousands of potential artists ever find their true passion by drowning them in soul-destroying exercises

Kill yourself

>There is no point in buying courses anyway since you can find anything for free nowadays
You can potentially use the internet to self-learn anything about any field you could ever want to know. But you forget the absolute laziness and lack of will of the average person to do ANYTHING if they can just pay someone to tell them how.
>>
>>7441552
doesn't grifter mean: someone who only does something with the intention of self gain, mostly being attention and money, and doesn't really care about what they do and say in the process, in the context or social media?
If anything, it fits perfectly to 99% of content creators and ecelebs.
>>
>>7441674
What you're describing is just called capitalism. That's what every profitable business does.

If you don't like it, become a socialist.
