I like that you tried to turn the head, but you kind of drew the face like you would see it head on.In general, if you're drawing a face in a 3/4 view, the eyes will not be mirrored, because we see them both from the same angle. The hind eye will also start disappearing behind the bridge of the nose the more you turn the head.I tried moving your face to where I think it would sit on the head you drew - which seems to not only be turned to the side, but also slightly down - and redrew the hind eye. But unless you absolutely have a reason to do so, it usually just looks pretty stiff. The head has so much freedom of movement, and unless consciously kept straight, will rotate on multiple axis with every movement. At first it was the bargue plates, but after a week or so, I just started doing studies of whatever I liked, just trying to capture it as accurately as possible.
