Would you ever buy a Korean vehicle?I'm considering it
>>196452246I wouldn't buy any vehicle made after the 80's.
supposedly the gv80 is the real deal, according to my mechanic / car autist brother in law.the ioniq 6 N is looking good as well.
>>196452304I really like the copper color of the gv60, it looks so fancy I am not sure if I'd be able to afford a electric GV80, but I can get around $20,000 off the price of any electric car due to government and state rebates right now. you think it would be a mistake to not get a tesla?
>>196452364the new model 3 performance, after the rebates, is actually the best EV on the market right now. but obviously, when it comes to EV’s, leasing is the right way to go about it if it qualifies for the credits which the m3p does i believe.
>>196452445>leasing is the right way to go about itwhy do you think leasing would be better than getting a 2022 Model Y for $30,000?or getting a Kia Niro EV for $22,000 and paying basically nothing, getting a free car I actually own?
>>196452484there’s an EV glut in the market that’s been building up which i’m guessing is going to make the EV depreciation issues even worse. leasing helps you protect yourself against it.did you know nearly mint condition Polestar vehicles are now going for $25k-$30k? they were going for $70k-$80k in 2023.
only this one
>>196452650that's true but it's not likely that a car in basically mint condition selling for $25,000 is going to drop in value much further I could buy a Kia Niro for basically free, then sell it for like $15,000 in four years
The Genesis cars are alright like the G70 3.3T, ditto the N cars (Elantra/Kona). Just buy them 2-3 years old and take advantage of insane Korean car depreciation, nearly 40-50% off new. I wouldn't buy anything they sell that's not in either category. Will probably have some stupid issue to burn you in 4-5 years.
>>196452246The ones that spontaneously combust? The ones that are so easy to steal, teens will steal them for a night joy ride then abandon them after crashing??The ones with a fatal engine flaw that blows the engine after a few years and Kia/Hyundai refuse to repair under warranty until they were sued in a class action lawsuit??? https://www.classaction.org/blog/new-hyundai-kia-engine-failure-settlement-covers-2m-additional-vehicles
bump
>>196453424that's for the gasoline powered vehicles. the electric cars are entirely different, honestly not even comparable
looks like shit
>>196454921post a car you think looks good then
>>196454825They are made by the same company, so it does matter, retard. They tried to fuck their customers over. They will try to fuck YOU too when a problem comes up on your electric toaster you buy from them. The early versions of their electric toaster cars probable have the same easy-to-hack key system as their gas cars. The insurance cost of a Kia/Hyundai is probably at least 20% more than a same price car from any other brand, due to their thefts.>>196454934Not him, but ok.
>>196453424>>196455061Hello resident /o/tist schizo
>>196455159would you ever buy a korean car anon
>>196452256mid 90's is when it all went to shit
>>196455159>Y-you're a schizo if you remember the mistakes a company does. Just forget about it and trust me, you sucker.No. Not trusting you until you have another 5 years of quality cars and customer service. It's a shame too. The Kia Stinger was a cool car.
>>196455176Nah cars are stupid. I drive a scooter>bypasses traffic>can park it literally anywhere you want>consumes barely any fuel>$10 tax a year>do food delivery runs when youre bored and make some extra cash
>>196455350I'd love to drive a two wheeler but I broke my fucking arm riding one and I'm not brave enough to try it again
