Why do Koreans make literally everything and why can other countries not replicate their success? Are they doing something super high IQ or secret that is too hard to do elsewhere?

Why isn't Japan able to spin up an appliance brand like LG or Samsung?


I would rather buy Japanese than Korean so this is a very pressing concern to me.
