Where I live it's "Saayip." Apparently, it's a holdover from the colonial era. The word directly translates to "master" or, sigh, "sir." The British people were our colonial superiors back then and we were expected to use a term that exudes respect when we addressed them. Eventually the term stuck and it's a catch all term for all white people. Even a white person from a country that has no colonial history is referred to as a "Sayip." I always thought the "master" connotation was screwed up but it is what it is I guess.

In Sotho Tswana speaking areas of Africa, white people is "Lekgoa/Makgoa (singular/plural)". It loosely translates to "spit barbarians" because the ancestors of current speakers believed whites were spat out by the sea. That in and of itself is funny but even funnier is that people use it to refer to their friends or people in general informally- basically a reverse "my nigga". Doesn't really carry a negative connotation. Most other African languages in settler Africa have a similar word since there was so much interaction with whites for so long.
