Where do East Slavs go when they want to go to the mountains?
Alps in Western Europe, Caucasus or somewhere in Siberia or maybe Balkans or Carpathians, maybe those in Ukraine, assuming it's pre-2022.

Ukrainians go to Carparhians. To skii they go to Bukovel specifically. It's really crowded in winter, condidtions are shitty but they don't really have choice & money to go to alps
But mountain hiking is not as popular in Ukraine as it is in Poland.

Do some Belarusian and Russians go there, or at least used to?

Sochi Krasnaya Polana is the most popular ski resort. Elderly water drinkers go to Zheleznovodsk Min-vody etc, Caucasus. Hikers belong to Altai. Rare mineral poachers run around Urals or Hibiny near Murmansk

Caucasus
Georgia is full of russian and ukrainian tourists

I don't think Russians go there as it got popular in 2010s... It'd be weird for Russian to go there post-Crimea, especially if you have Ural or Caucasus closer.
Belarussians did, I think.

By train or airplane? It probably takes long from Sankt Petersburg all the way to the Caucasus
