There is marxism like there is a bunch of -isms that are useful to categorise philosophically. One time I heard that "-isms are a marker of masonic thought" and that made me afraid of defining things in term of -isms but it's inevitable and it's actuallly useful to some degree. It's pure ideology that's a mistake, and it's a frequent mistake.
