"...で候(そうろう)。" is "...です。/...だ。" but its classic version. You can associate it with a samurai's speech/writing (they actually used it).
"Vてなんぼ" is a set phrase meaning "something becomes worthy only after V-ing/being V-d" ("なんぼ" literally means "how much" mainly used in Kansai regions).
