do you meditate in your country? If so: how?O want to learn to meditate in my country
I do. Especially when i get paranoid from my racing thoughts. It makes me calmer and normal. I've learned from guided meditation videos, especially from headspace videos on YouTube.

Yep. I used to medidate everyday for 10-15 minutes after my morning run.The way I do is: go somewhere/sit somewhere where I feel comfortable, if i'm in nature I just listen to the wind and birds, but if i'm like in my room I'll put some ambient song then close my eyes, keep my back straight and in good posture, focus on cleansing my head from any thoughts or negative thoughts, focus on breathing and exhaling. then I medidate throuhg the breath and exhaleIt's crazy good. I'm very cetic about a lot things but medidating was one that surprised me. If you really put yourself into you can get a good stress relief
