Also Virginia and North Caroline are serious States, the others are just there to vibe (meth and incest).Virginia is probably the most well managed State in the Union. The State house reps usually manage to agree on important priorities and get budgets through as needed, the State has a very robust economy and sensible people / educated workforce. Helps that it's also the home of the Federal government obviously. If the U.S. ever splits up, Virginia will become a naval super power.
