When I feel like it, I put effort which incurs in making my sauces from canned tomatoes or other ingredients. I like: marinara sauce, bolognese, basilica, alfredo sauce, carbonara etc etc etc.I gotta get some vodka to make vodka pasta one day, it looks like it's kino. Once I made this vegan carbonara imitation and it tasted pretty good, but it didn't taste like carbonara however. It was full of mushrooms and I like that, as I like mushrooms.Also I make yakissoba sometimes, I use a shitake extract I make on it to give it an umamier taste (I make a replacement for oyster sauce with them, never found actual oyster sauce and the shitake sauce is pretty tssty so I don't feel like looking it up). I wanna make some ramen one day but I never found cheap kombu for sale. Rarely I get soba noodles and make them with a sauce recipe I found online and they end up pretty grand.I think I might make some more yakisoba or alfredo sauce this weekend to eat through the next week.
