Fun fact is that since people from the Caucasus are very prevalent in crime statistics I guess to an English speaker it would feel kinda weird to read that "a Caucasian" commited this or that crime. All the time, but you can usually tell anyway. If they use the term "Norwegian citizen", it's most likely an immigrant who has been granted citizenship. Otherwise, they'd use "Ethnic Norwegian".If the victim is an immigrant and ethnicity is not mention, the suspect is definitely an immigrant too. Otherwise, "white" would most likely be used in the headline.

For instance, here Georgians (from Caucasus) have insanely higher incarceration rate than let's say East Slavs despite both groups mostly working in the same industries. Enough to say that out of 27k Georgians in Poland, 2714 have criminal charges (so 10%) while out of 88k Belarussians in Poland - only 277 (0.3%).
