Even one of bigger kebab chains is called Dhaka Kebab even though as far as I know kebab was never a Bengali/Indian thing but for some reason Ummah unification made it just associated with Islam. If Indonesians eat kebab too then I completely don't understand why Turks would feel like they have a copyright on kebab lol

>>200156960Here most kebab shops were owned by Poles until like 2010. They were actually polonized versions of German doners, often with pork meat, sauerkraut and so on. But nowadays you could spot a Polish-owned kebab only in small towns maybe, everywhere else it's already run by all kinds of Asians, mostly South Asians.
