I don't know korean and only have like a cursory knowledge of hangeul
but from that cursory knowledge and context I'm pretty sure the first word is cobra and the second word ends in -i
it might say cobra kai or something

Huh, the weird part is that the Kai part is transliterated, not at all translated... that's really weird.

I do speak some Japanese, and I checked the 会 is the character for association or group in Japanese, which is the meaning in Japanese 'Cobra Association' but the Kai transliterated into Korean looks weird ngl
