Rwanda thread.

Hutu brothers, the Tutsis are getting cocky again... We may need to teach the lanklets another lesson...
>>
Wakanda forever!
>>
Post big booty Rwanda Kweens.
>>
It's more functional and likely cleaner, at least the capital, than some parts of Africa, but I honestly don't see why it's shilled here. It's still dirt-poor authoritarian place which pumps out 6 kids on average destined to be overpopulated
>>
>>200228090
That one rich street in every thirdie shithole
>>
every time I think about what the Tutsis did to my people I get upset

reminder that the war cry of the hutus against the tutsis was "cut down the tall trees"
>>
>>200228206
I don't know anything about what really happened in Rwanda because history is propagandized
>>
anyone else think it's kind of weird that tutsis control all the banks
>>
>>200228254
cool it with the genocidal remarks we are all rwandans

It looks good even outside the capital.

Tutsis are like a mix of Somalis and Bantus, they're tall as well
>>
someone post the Rwanda genocide denialist screenshot
>>
You can build the most futuristic looking buildings, have the most advanced infrastructure etc but that curb paint doesn't lie, I am definitely looking at a third world nation.
>>
>>200228580
I wonder why Africans do it that way, painting just yellow lines is easier.
>>
>>200228600
Why paint the curb yellow? It makes the surrounding area look fucking ugly.
>>
>>200228580
And yet it looks better then many parts of Canada.
>>
>>200228090
need at least a one hour diving video around the city to see if it's not cherry picked
>>
>>200228703
Just go on google maps retard. They have streetviewed a fair amount of the country
>>
>>200228722
i don't have time for that
>>
>>200228740
Yet you have time to watch a one hour video of Rwandan street footage.
>>
>>200228722
it looks surprisingly good for a city with a 0.626 HDI
>>
>>200228766
Don't just look around the capital btw. Outside of it is fairly developed as well.
>>
>>200228760
i can quckly go through the seeking time bar which shows an image preview for each 10 seconds
>>
>>200228795
You can do the same with streetview if you're not retarded.
>>
>>200228807
no, it's way less efficient

In an area controlled by the Kingdom of Rwanda from the 15th century, and then, by the German Empire in the beginning of the 20th century, the city was founded in 1907 when Richard Kandt, the colonial resident, chose the site for his headquarters, citing its central location, views and security. Foreign merchants began to trade in the city during the German era, and Kandt opened some government-run schools for Tutsi Rwandan students. Belgium took control of Rwanda and Burundi during World War I, forming the mandate of Ruanda-Urundi.

I guess that explains untypical ordnung for Africa. Namibia is also a decent country.

Is there any pictures of Rwanda under the control of the German Empire?

These are roads and buildings that China built as part of its "One Belt, One Road" project.
The Chinese government praised itself for it in the People's Daily.
