>>200965512The only time I ever bothered going to the library was in uni, public libraries are only used by old people to get their identity stolen on virus ridden public computers or by the homeless to jack off indoorsWhen I was in uni though they had a big multistory 24/7 library and most nights right before midnight when the coffee shop that had been built on to the side of it was about to closed I would order a coffee then go to the top floor and sit in the big window and spend all night reading and watching the occasional person go by on campusIt was so quiet that you could hear a pen drop and usually it was just me and maybe one or two other people in opposite windows also reading out of sight, there was so little movement between us that eventually the motion sensor lights would kick off and the whole floor would go dark and I would have to get up to stretch to have them turn back on then I would go back to reading, usually they only went off twice per nightEventually when the sun started to come up and I started to see people coming in I would put away or pack up my books and stop back by the coffee shop as soon as it opened to grab a bagel then head to my morning classes or home to sleep if I didn't have them, it was the comfiest time of my life
