Cantakerous- he's a fucking asshole, minus to influence
Good defender- he's been attacked often and always win, bonus command when attacked
Butcher- He's sacked so many cities it's become an art form and you get 10% bonus when you sack a city
Authoritarian- He doesn't fuck around with the law, bonus to Law (your cities are less likely to revolt)
Agitator- He's a rabble-rouser, makes him popular with the people
