So they do this a lot to make it seem like they have a loyal fanbase. They would probably even print that on somebodies very first album. It works, it's hypnosis. It makes us believe we're included in a well established fanbase now. They studied this all as a modular outline in a university. It's graphic design basically for marketing reasons. The top 10 albums are pre decided lol, it's all a scam. It's still like this, they decide what plays on the radio.
