Do you like to eat food from other countries? I do. I just made indonesian nasi goreng, but had to do with chicken breast since my local grocery store is shit and didn't have chicken thighs.

What /int/ food are you eating today?

I love Indian food so much i can't stop eating curries. I had indian(Palak Paneer and Butter Naan, with Lassi) for today's lunch too. A bit gutted that i'm on health kick these days and couldn't have Gulab Jamun, but it was great overall.

That looks good
I made a couple of polish dishes: Bigos soup and Babka.
The babka was good though grating 12 potatoes was a bitch. The stew was just ok

Indian food is top tier, I agree. Been a while since I last cooked a curry tho, maybe I'll have to cook some butter chicken or something tomorrow.

>>202219733
Multiple other sources have also said it's indonesian, you baka.

>>202219763
Bigos soup looks good, going to have to try it out. Babka is amazing.

I rarely make soups/stews but will make this tomato soup next time it rains.

I'm not sure I've ever tried flipfood. Could you recommend me something relatively easy that I could try cooking?

>>202220907
Cool, what did you put in your nasi goreng? I made a super simple one with just rice, chicken, egg, sambal and ketjap manis. Maybe I'll try adding some peas and maybe carrots next time.

Everybody recommends adobo, but it will take you a bit longer to make because you have to marinate the meat.
You can replace pork with any meat of your choice
You can use the leftover sauce to make adobo fried rice, mince any leftover meat you have, top it with an egg and you'll get something similar to your nasi goreng

Looks simple enough and delicious, never tried cooking with pork belly. Thanks flip-chan!

>>202219614
if you use sweet soy sauce it's indonesian
if you use regular salty soy sauce it's chinese
