The picrel is written in Japanese (later how it'll develop is shown), but I think you can grasp the essence of what they mean even if you don't know the words. It's graphical after all.The only exception would be if you want your manga to be published by a Japanese publisher. Even then, as long as your manga is attractive and at a profitable level, the company would just hire a professional translator to not miss the potential manga author. I thing starting learning Japanese after that is optional and not too late, if you're interested.

I'm trying to read for the first time but since I have to look at my grammar notes and the dictionary I have difficulty keeping the whole passage in my head.
