>>203336240The new supply thing can be hard for new players, that bit I do get. The planes probably did nothing because you forgot to assign them to an air-zone, that's what waiting means. You put your air wing on an airport and you then click on the big air zone you want them to operate on. Then you choose their mission (per example intercept and air superiority if fighters). They will only be effective on the big circle which is their range, so anything that crosses that range and is on the designated air-zone will be attacked by your planes. 2 clicks. The air designer and all the other designers are shit but the game usually gives you pre-made ones unless paradox is retarded, the only combat that is a meme is naval but air combat is super straight forward.If Hoi4 is too complicated for you do not try any other map painting, hoi4 is the simplified for babbies game shit like diplomacy is irrelevant and you just follow whatever the path is and whatever tech the year allows based on what you need.

The worst thing about paradox games is learning all the mechanics just to find out that all their games are piss easy and there isn't even much intelligent decision making involved.
