Agree. But unfortunately here in northern Italy there are many prejudices on eating goat, it's also hard to find at many butchers. Which is paradoxical, here people consider it healthy and gourmet to eat horses (google on a map the locations of any "macelleria equina") but look down on those who eat goats.
