I don't really care about China one way or the other but the whole ''wow china so great, we will pay you to say it's great', i swear it's so great'' comes off as really fake. You never saw Americans do this and they have more softpower. They are a very stubborn people unafraid of sacrificing themselves for their beliefs. China has a physical construction (visible from SPACE) to remind them of protecting what is dear to them.
