>inherited large amounts of money
>get 15k dollars interest every month
>mfw I just retired at 24 and will never have to work a single day in my life
Does this happen in your country?
>>
>>205649278
that'll be worth barely anything in your country soon kek
>>
Yes, I also lie sometimes
>>
>>205649278
Most likely yes but not to me
>>
>>205649278
Literally me but the exact opposite
>>
Pics or didnt happen
>>
>>205649403
Did you inherit debt you have to pay interest on?
>>
>>205649301
I calculated it and even with inflation my money will keep growing
>>
>>205649435
Yes
>>
Send me 20 dollars
>>
>>205649435
>>205649513
>inherit debt
say sike right now
when my dad died, me and my mom discussed with the banks and they cancelled all his credit card debts just like that
>>
>>205649278
Wtf lucky
>>
>>205649278
Don't forget to take our less than inflation, and pay your taxes anon
>>
>>205649324
>>205649409
Here you go poor niggers. This land alone gives me close to 300k dollars and I'm inheriting even more land. Combined it will be more than 600k dollars.
>>
>>205649585
Debt is haram
>>
>>205649585
credit cards are haram
>>
>>205649585
It's a mix of loans and unpaid taxes from my mom, we were always very poor.
A loan I'm paying was to pay my grandpa funeralbut most of them I'm just not paying since i have zero money, which just means thst the interests and penalties will make the debts bigger.
It is what it is, only death will release us from this hell.
>>
>>205649278
I got 10k per month for allowance and since I went to work for my parents after getting my degree, I still get the same amount. Maybe I should be a neet since they’ll keep giving me the same amount.
>>
>>205649735
The fuck you even do with 10k a month? I live on like 150€ a month for groceries and utilities

Some people leave their room anon. There are so many things you can spend money on outside
>>
>>205649278
Ok buy me games off my wishlist
>>
>>205649911
I leave room, but I can only walk since I need to ration the gas for the car
But still, 10k is a lot of money, I guess if you eat out at expensive restaurants every meal you'd get there quickly though.
>>
>>205649668
How are you getting 15k interest every month from 600k?
>>
>>205649585
At least here you get to choose if you want to inherit everything or nothing.
This is why life insurances are a big thing, they pretty much pay off every debt and even more
>>
>>205649670
>>205649681
unironically yes if they came with interest
in Islam, debt is 1:1 so if theres any interest its considered invalid and you dont have to pay it lmao

>>205649714
damn, anon...
>>
>>205650038
What do you mean? It's actually more. I just looked it up again. They actually give 20-22k. I don't have the money yet. I calculated it using some site. It's accurate though. They give 50% interest rate
>>
I know all you faggot larpers are just day dreaming, but I'd love for actual rich people to live in constant fear. We should rob them, kidnap their kids, kill them.
>>
>>205650150
>50% interest rate
You're investing in a scam anon
>>
>>205650056
>mfw my life insurance pays out $45k
and thats the basic and cheapest plan
that much money is basically downpayment for two-story house here
>>
>>205649513
Lol me too (had to refuse the inheritance)
>>
>>205650150
>50% interest
kek lmao even
>>
>>205650088
It's life, you must do with what you have in the end
>>205650232
I couldn't since I'd have to renounce the house I'm living in now too
If I had to pay rent too it would be truly over.
>>
>>205649278

I don't believe this is possible in Turkey
>>
>>205650287
Logic being, that since I have other family expenses, debts and taxes I can delay, rent not so much
>>
>>205650287
just remember Matthew 5:3, anon
if not here, then there
>>
>>205649278
I've managed to save up 50k USD and will probably manage to double it next year. Then my grandparents are for death and they are very wealthy and have testamented that they will buy me an apartment loan free. Then you have my father which is a doctor and even wealthier, owns half of a mountain commune and lots of land.

They increased interest rates. It's been like this for the last 8 months. For 20 million lira, they give 750k lira every 32 days. That would make 21k dollars a month. I don't know the exact amount I will inherit but it should be a similar number to 20 million lira
>>
>The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBT) left its key interest rate unchanged at 50% at its November 2024 meeting on Thursday.
>it's real
kek
>>

just remember to keep it rolling, that is if you care about your future kids la
both my grandparents had farmlands but they sold it; the one on my mom's side used the money to go for pilgrimage to Mecca kek
>>
>>205650360
Don't tell me that you are just putting the money in the bank and not investing it? You should learn basic day-trading and gearing with stop-loss.
>>
>>205650287
>I couldn't since I'd have to renounce the house I'm living in now too
Same but now the house is rotting and maybe my mum can get it back by asking for unpaid alimony and have priority on the tax man
>>
>>205650150
>50% interest rate
anon you're going to lose that money
>>
>>205650321
And forgot to say that since I used my mom debit card to pay 15€ of groceries the day after she died, like I was used to, I was told I couldn't renounce the inheritance at that point regardless.
>>205650352
I'm technically making zero money since I'm working under my brother tax code, but it's barely money scrape by, I live in a family of schizo autists who can't work, but I don't know if bankrupcy is a thing, I was never told it was an option.
I think below a certain amount they can't take away your house, just take some money and seize stuff and thankfully there's a ceiling on interests, so they shouldn't grow infinitely
For now I haven't yet done all the processes so things are kinda stuck on a lot of things, also simply ignoring letters.
Good thing about living in Italy is that burocracy is extremely slow
>>
>>205650474
I thought about getting into an mutual fund but don't know much about it. I will probably get a professional to guide me
>>205650513
Why?
>>
>>205650468
My grandmother was the eldest of the siblings so when my great grandfather died she got most of the money. They were also building a highway through the fields and some of it was bought by the state, then the rest of the land was allocated for housing. They built maybe 150 houses there, and we could have had shares and been part of that if it weren't for this internal family inheritance feud. They just took 200 000 USD and divided it instead of being potentially shareholders in this suburb building project. It annoys me very much. Then my grandparents sold their huge house and bought an apartment... I will be wiser.

You really should, start looking at oil for instance, it's an easy commodity to get wise on since it relies very much on geopolitical tensions. You could also check out these guys, i'm making like 4-5% avg on daytrading.

you should have renounced the inheritance, this way you cant inherit debts. lmao morons
>>
>>205650777
It doesn't just learn you crypto, it learns you day trading strategies and how to gear safely. You can reach some small gains say three times, then you can gear and put a stop-loss and have a fool proof method to not lose money. It learns you how to analyze the graphs and the patterns, fibonacci etc.
>>205650806
Doesn't hurt to diversify a little, especially with the current turkish economy. I have my money in a pension trading account and don't pay any taxes of it and all the revenue i put into foreign enterprise registered in a tax haven.
>>
>>205649435
>>205649585
In Italy you don't have to pay for debts you didnt personally contracted. When you inherit something, the whole inheritance is considered as a whole thing, liabilities and activities both. If your inheritance is a net negative you should renounce to it. People always do this unless in those activities there is a special heirlooms or things like land and houses the inheritors are really interested in and willing to pay the debts for it.
Soooo he is either lying or they are incredibly dumb morons
>>
>>205649668

ther are ways around it, it's called islamic finance. basically tricks to fool Allah. But I know nothing about it
>>
>>205651182
As i said, i used her debit card the day after she died out of habit to buy groceries, but I was told that after doing that I couldn't renounce the inheritance anymore.
Also I lived in the unsellable house that came with the debt, so it was either go in the streets with all her cats, the dog and two retard siblings but without debts or stay in the house and ignore the debts as much as possible.
And yes, I'm dumb
>>
>>205651095

why cant you sell the house? I know it's hard but sometimes it's better to start from 0 than from a net negative...

nigga telling him to get on day trading to set his money on fire
>>
>>205651441
>Now show us some real convincing evidences of your prosperity.
I posted it but it makes you butthurt for some reason. It's signed, stamped and everything. I don't have the money yet. I can only show you the documents that show the value of the land
>>
>>205651504
Its in bad conditions, it's leaking everywhere and all the roof windows are broken and it rains inside, the balcony is a disaster and crumbling too, and a bunch of other shit.
I've seen houses on the market in my same village in much better conditions still being on sale after a decade.
I could probably sell it for pittance money, but that would mean move with all the shit I said and I don't really have the funds to reinvent myself now since I barely have enough to pay bills and food.
Tbh for now I don't even have the money to finish the inheritance process, I'm told that since I waited too long I'll have to pay additional fines when I do too.
A better person could solve the situation for sure though, there are people in worse conditions than me that still manage to make it, I'm just a retard autist really
>>
>>205649278
that's how i imagine life of every thirdie on this board
>>
>>205649278
not to this level but i also inherited a reasonably large sum of money + real estate, not enough to give up on wageslaving completely but gives me the sense of safety (i could survive on a decent level like 5 years without working at all with my capital alone) unlike many of my friends at my age, burdened with mortgage and debts, who are only one monthly salary away from becoming homeless and starving
>>
>>205651576
You posted literally just a piece of paper which means and proves nothing.
>>
>>205649668
Im gonna inherit a flat around 350-400k and a house anywhere between 1.5-2m and Im probably just gonna retire at 40, live in the flat (i already am) and rent the big house for 70-80k a year
>>
>>205649435
I have recently learnt that firsties need to pay hefty inheritance taxes even if it's their own parents' property so many people have to sell their family house because they couldn't afford to pay inheritance tax for that
lmao
>>
>>205651702
You should've just renounced and rented some cheap house. Villages are full of them
>>
>>205651843
It's a piece of paper that shows the value of one of the land I'm inheriting. Stamped and signed. Completely official but you choose not to believe it and there is nothing I can do about it. It's the only proof I can provide right now

it must be cheap because Turkish barbers and kebab makers in Europe are known for offering cheap service so it must be even less expensive in Turkey

so how much for a kebab in a street shop in some average town?

A bit late but I don’t really do anything with it anymore. I just leave everything as it was, in my bank account. First big purchase I made was to upgrade my PC and get a laptop but I rarely play nowadays. My brothers usually go on holidays and spend money on luxury items and shit.
