Useless gymcel blogpost noone asked for incoming.I think on push days I'll drop most machines and instead do 3 sets of bb bench, and 3 sets of db incline bench followed by maybe 1 sets of high rep machine pec deck. On pull days I'm going to go back to using the plate loaded lat pulldown machine instead of the cable one. For rows I'll opt for chest supported t-bar rows, for low rows I'll opt for unilateral cable instead of unilateral plate loaded. Might add up to 3 sets of bicep curls back to the workout plan as I also plan on doing kelso shrugs or face pulls. Might as well superset them with some 'ceps instead of just resting. On leg days I'll probably do squats for a while now as my main lift, but instead of later doing leg extensions I'll do leg press instead. Will try and probably add smith hinged db rdls too. Then I'll finish up with some leg curls and hip thrusts.
