I also did a full volunteer service because I didn't know what to do with my life at the time. I don't want another diagnosis, it won't help with anything other than maybe getting put on zombie medication and I don't want that

I'm a workaholic but I've gotten so much out of having actual responsibilities.Nowadays I have far less anxiety, it's still there, it makes life difficult but it's almost nonexistent compared to when I was a teen. So long as I have some sort of routine I am good, but it doesn't really help with how some things are missing in life.
