He even poached his picture from social media and studied the way he wrote to make it believable. We had fun trying to reverse scam him.Second, my yearly evaluation came up. Apparently I’m one of the two best technicians of the factory and could easily start working for the HQ researching and dictating industrial processes for all the factories to follow. The less good is that I don’t have the personality to lead people because I’m not cutthroat enough and I act like people are all retarded (they are mostly). Chief said I needed to be more “political”, which sometimes means “being a little whore for the powers that be sometimes” (his exact words). Finally, one guy (chief doesn’t disclose names) said I was a cunt and tended to be a one man show, aka do everything by myself, and if I ask for help I disregard the counsel given, which is an absolute load of bullshit (he probably got salty because of something I did because he might have been a retard).
