Wanted to hit 3 more leg extensions but did not feel like it so for the first time I hit unilateral hack squats cuz I never did them unilaterally so far, maybe did try once but without any weight. Hit some shoulder press afterwards and man this shoulder press bench, the smol one I mentioned to you, really does show how much stability my shoulder is lacking cuz it's not my delt that gives up first but my stabilizers or whatever cuz the weight fucking moves all over the place. Machine shoulder press afterwards again felt good, so if I use that machine in particular for overhead work next time as the 4th set, so 1st overhead set, I would probably be able to increase weight by a stack and hit a new pr.
