Ehm you see, last time I used the newtech wide chest press I hit 85 kgs for 2 reps and told you it gets real fucking heavy at the end of the ROM and feels like the resistance just straight up doubles. Haven't really used that machine since then ig that was 7 weeks or so ago. You see the thing is, today I added 4 reps and 12,5 kgs. That's uhm how do I put, rather problematic, don't you think? Some newtech shoulder press afterwards, 1 rep loss compared to last time, same amount of reps as 2 sesh ago except unlike last sesh I couldn't do a partial rep after the clean reps. 3 sets of shoulder press again but this time on the nautilus machine and by the 2nd set on it the weight became diabolical it was so low. So that's 6 set of shoulder press right. Well I said fuck it and did 3 more on the gymleco shoulder press. Haven't really used it in a while and even on my 9th set of shoulder press in total, I could hit a stack higher weight than 2 months ago as a 1st shoulder press set. So ig that's rather comfy. Some machine triceps extension cuz why not, don't remember previous weight so can't compare and some machine lat raise on a machine I'm not even sure I tried yet. Was about to leave but said fuck it again and hit 3 sets of incline chest flies and 3 sets of cable triceps extensions. Zamn bilateral cable triceps extension was fucking goated. Haven't really been doing those lately cuz I mainly do overhead or machine and ig I increased weight by 1 stack, even tho it was my 4th set of triceps extension.
