There is basically no information at all available about Sariel or the rest of the characters from HRTP, so explore fanon and see what kind of headcanons people have about her. Given what another anon said, it is likely that she is evil, or has mischievous tendencies, so maybe include that into her character. You did not specify, but I have a feeling that whatever you are planning to write had to do heavily with pc98 lore. There is little to no information about many of the characters and locations from those games, so you are going to have to heavily take from fanon, or create your own lore. If that is the case, I recommend just creating something original and using touhou as an inspiration, it is what I ended up deciding to do. Do what you want to do.
