Potential 7 for a stat can be gotten between 25-35 for any crop I think. but some stats, like END require more crop level. After that it's just a matter of knowing what to breed for, for example the dough is made with wheat bred for MAG potential and sugar, not the usual dough from a vendor.It's usually enough to get Kumiromi scythe (especially if you have leveled your piety by getting seeds in the wild instead of offering corpses) to get +7 potential on all your crops, but I found getting to 40-50 base farming only by watering crops quite easy even if you're not a farmer as you don't use stamina for that.The part that requires more dedication in super foods is the quality level of the food, you can see on my screenshot it's capped at 3 quality, which is an additional modifier. For this last modifier you need both the quality level on your base ingredients (so here want high level farming at some point to get level 7-8 or more quality on the food) and high level cooking and/or recipe level (this formula is based on your cooking level, the cooking required for the recipe your trying to cook, and the recipe level). If you don't feel like grinding the skill you could always hope to get gear with farming/cooking, but that only starts spawning in nefias that are 51 or more in my experience, and it's quite uncommon (I only have a cape with +10 cooking, and kumi scythe to boost farming and cooking for now). I found grinding cooking on the cheaper side (you can just use corpses from fertilizer to make meat on the bone, and after crafting that you can just hammer it back to a corpse), but I'd definitely recommend getting the crafting trainer (either from olvina or palmia) in your base so you can always keep a decent potential when you're leveling cooking, it will make things way less tedious.

High charisma is great for other things as well, like mind bolt. Mind bolt is a godsend for a thief since with high enough damage dice you confuse/sleep enemies pretty consistently, even bosses, allowing you to pickpocket their entire inventory when combined with a tank pet, some positioning, and whistle of peace. Like this random santa claus I ran into who generously gave me a bagfull of enchanted rubynus and diamond artifacts. Thanks Santa!

Anyone know why NPCs stops raising affinity when you gift them what they want? It happens sometimes. They raise affinity and then it stops raising when i gift them the stuff they want.

They key I think is throwing cursed booze first, it seems to have an effect in making the status effects last longer, then a level 50 bolt with my ~260 charisma set will apply confused or sleep for about 9 enemy turns. That's enough with my 300 speed (casting haste beforehand) to pickpocket 1-3 times before having to rebuff haste and bolt depending on the enemy base speed. With the cursed booze and mind bolt I can even pickpocket big daddies in level 200+ nefias, and those guys have like 500+ PER or something. Though admittedly I have a pretty good pickpocketing equip set bringing my skill to almost 200.A tank companion seems mandatory so they're not interrupting you, and healer companions to keep your tank from dying. The one thing that really makes it hard is if the boss casts regular AoEs or a miasma spell which will just constantly interrupt your pickpockets.

War requests may be the best for all the fighters' guild bounties.

Is selling cooked food viable for money making? At the moment i'm stuck relying on bees to make suger wine and cultivating crops to be sold, though its more of a 90/10 split of keep and sell so im not gaining much out of it. I got rainbow fruit but only recently so i need to cultivate it more. I like diving nephias but my returns aren't all amazing.
