Why didn't she become popular?
She's easily the cutest of the newhus, has some relation to Marisa, is a fun girl, and her design isn't bad.
There's even some artists that like her, but she only ever got one good thread on /jp/! Why isn't she more popular around here?

I'm half convinced that half the "ongoing" threads don't even have any genuine posters in them. They just get bumped whenever one of THOSE generals hits 1000+ posts. There's no organic discussion. Not even images getting dumped.

I think at least part of it is because of the structure of UDoALG. She shows up in a good number of scenarios, but they're just so formulaic that the most you get is that Marisa thing you mentioned. And the problem with that is that Marisa already has a lot of characters to bounce off of, so there are very few opportunities for her to be used in fan works unless the creator cares about her in the first place.
