>>48754236Nakai-kun obasans...we got too cocky...
>>48754236he'll be back, just you wait
>>48754236This part of his statement made his bad situation worse. Everyone thought he came off as a cocky prick. He was getting admonished by both SNS dwellers and tv commentators and tarentos.

Can Red Blue anon post more webms? The fight scenes are pretty sick.
Im looking for a japanese movie i saw and can't remember the name. It was comprised of 4 shorts. One was about two girls hanging out for a day, and at the end one of them confesses she has a terminal illness. Another one is about a construction worker trapped in an underground tunnel. The last one is about earth becoming a desert through climate change.Does somebody know which movie it is?

Mikami Ai is the new heroine for NHK's 2026 asadora.https://x.com/nhk_news/status/1882662385447747855
>>48755356She was pretty good in Chastity High.
Watched Swallowtail Butterfly. It was better than Picnic. It seems the director has a thing for social outcasts and misfits.
>>48754093Nakai is looking more and more JUSTed every time I see him lol
https://youtu.be/udm8ijPYH70
>>48756509>seems the director has a thing for social outcasts and misfits. That’s especially apparent in Iwai’s early works. My favorite aspect of Swallowtail Butterfly is how Iwai builds out this whole unique alternate Japan that is this cultural gathering of so many different kinds of people all to explore identity and people coming together to find themselves, to forward themselves, their art, their passions, picking each other up until they ultimately crumble down and lose themselves in the money.
>>48755314Gackt-sama...Save the entertainment industry before it's too late...
>>48755314GACKT is right. Nakai must have been basically banished from the showbiz by the powers that be. Fuji TV has its roots in the government, some fat cats from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications work or have relations with higher ups from Fuji TV, he took a bullet for them and ran away by retiring so he wouldn’t be forced to explain further and expose those powerful people.
if there were agi all shows will be subbed

Among these three, which is the most feared?>Weekly tabloids (Bunshun, Friday, etc)>Drama accounts (Korekore, Takigare/Gareso, etc)>Online antis (5ch, Girlschannel, Yahoo News comments, Sukikira)

>>48757502Finally watched. All about Lilly Chou Chou. I think the word bittersweet better describes the movie. I'm about to watch the making of. Looks like there's an interesting history behind the making of this movie.
>>48764885>I think the word bittersweet better describes the movieCouldn't agree more. Lily Chou-Chou is a masterpiece, both in story and directing style. It's a realistic story, Iwai Shunji didn’t try to make the characters idealistic or fill them with cartoonish troupes you'd see in films about youths. The characters are all people you definitely encountered in your life, you might even be one of them. I know I am. The storyline was phenomenal as Iwai delved deep down the psyches of these relatable youths. His trademark directing style and camerawork enhanced the atmosphere immensely, personally I was so absorbed the first time I watched it that I couldn’t believe it already ended by the time the credits rolled. Without a shadow of a doubt a masterpiece.>I'm about to watch the making ofMy love and respect for this film grew ten times larger after watching the documentary. Iwai and his approach to making this film is so interesting, from the story originating as an internet novel contributed by many anonymous people, to gathering a thousand fans of the novel to be extras. The cast who consists of young people, struggling and even sacrificing things for the filming. Many of them became famous actors today. Everything shown was as emotional as the film itself. The immersion was probably insane to be there irl. Could really feel Iwai's passion and see how much he cared for this project.

>>48769062Would laugh if they cancel the April drama over this
>>48769062They're not as powerful as Johnny's. The GP still love their idols.
>>48769062>>SponsorsI assure you many, if not all, of those sponsors were "entertained" by Fuji TV's female announcers for decades.
>>48769062They're placing all their hopes on tomorrow's redo press conference. They're doing an open forum and allowing all medias to participate. No limited questions like normal press conferences, too. It will likely be several hours long.
>>48751247I respect her hustle
>>48754093Fuji TV isn't going anywhere. Sponsors only asked them to stop airing their commercials but they are still paying Fuji money.Plus, Fuji is diversified with investments in many fields like real estate, finance, tech, etc. They even own a popular water theme park
>>48769603I don’t think anyone thinks they’re going down, but it’s a fact that some heads must roll for this backlash to die out. They can’t function normally with things staying like that even when they can afford it.

>>48771011This is so cringe-inducing. They’re forced to run this news, and since it is their own company, they end up talking superficially with a dubious look on their faces. And this show is full of Yoshimoto Kogyo’s comedians, so I’m not surprised. They’re all pussies. Should learn from Beat Takeshi and Bakusho Mondai’s Ota who speak their minds without a care.

>>48773073How is Fuji group's printed media (Sankei Shimbun, Sanspo, and SPA!) dealing with it? For SPA!, this might also result in gravure agencies pulling out/refusing to work with them. For a precedent, Shogakukan didn't publish their own investigation regarding the Sexy Tanaka-san faithfulness dispute (which resulted in the death of the author of the manga last January) in their own magazines (Weekly Post or Josei Seven, or their web counterparts News Post Seven).

>>48756509>It was better than PicnicCouldn't disagree more. Swallowtail Butterfly was ok but Picnic shattered me.
>>48759772The buzz was still online only and Gen's agency AMUSE shut it down easily as you describe. The affair could have still happened, but it was still pretty weak without some "evidence" like photos and some legit source to leak the details. From internet leakers, they need to produce something to back their claims. The internet is still powerful for spreading the word but it always starts with the tabloids
dang. this is a fuji tv show.
>>48776840Is this show too ヤラセ?
So basically a whore had sex with a boyband member and then tried to blackmail him, and then she got a payout to go away. Why is this Fuji TV's problem?
>>48776870doesn't matter to me if its just stupidly funny. like watching a comedic scripted movie.
A female announcer from a different tv station was at "that" dinner party with a Fuji TV executive, Nakai Masahiro and other big name celeb. The women who attended it were subjected to sexual remarks and were touched inappropriately.https://www.sponichi.co.jp/entertainment/news/2025/01/27/kiji/20250127s00041000017000c.html

what's gonna happen to their tv shows for this season
>>48777223Hieda, the old fart who created this system, is escaping scot-free.
TBS announced that they're dropping Ikushima Hiroshi, a senior announcer, from their radio show due to a serious violation of their human rights policy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aC49hFbx3Sg&ab_channel=TBSNEWSDIGPoweredbyJNNI think the other TV stations have been investigating their own people after the Fuji TV scandal and gonna start firing the bad ones.
>>48777270Things are shaky but I think they can still film their dramas just fine to some extent, although some dramas might not be completed if they lose some entities' support (like the firefighters drama). Their variety shows that require roke shooting must be still on-hold, but if the president's and the chairman's resignations bring back the sponsors, that will be fixed most likely.
>>48777223Just those two? I feel more people who had direct involvement in this matter should resign, like executive producer A-san and Sasaki Kyoko.
