Around halfway through Shukufuku no Campanella.This game breaks your heart for picking a heroine other than the childhood friend (Katarina) who's been madly in love with MC since they were children. In a different way than you'd expect, though. MC (and the other heroine, Agnes) actually have to confront her and tell her that they're both in love, as to not go behind her back and keep it a secret from her. She handles it with such grace, it makes you feel extremely guilty in a different way than if she was sobbing and breaking down. This is all pretty drawn out in a way that makes it feel believable. I'm too used to charage/moege not dealing with the other heroines feelings or brushing them off. It was handled surprisingly maturely here, and I can believe Katarina wishes them well because she loves Agnes too and wants her to be happy. It doesn't feel forced as in "oh, of course she'd act that way because it's a moege and they can't have the heroines fight over MC" but it feels like a natural part of her character and relationship with MC and Agnes.
