I made a vampire and was curious about blood suck so I tried sucking Fia's blood and she let me and got 10 affinity, then I did it again later and she got angry and killed me. Gelatin isn't the worst, there's "seasonings you can craft" and then a massive powergap to "seasonings that you cannot craft", so Noa should really focus on rounding that out.

I think recipes like snow cake should get some intrinsic like a few of the shitty recipes do, except a really good one to match the recipe level (E.G Deluxe Quality - +30-50% XP bonus modifier, multiplicative with actual quality) at the moment cooking is way too specialised.

Gelatin is amazing because you combine two corpses to make it which means tons of stats and you can farm them easily due to that splitting jelly monster. Cake dough isn't particularly impressive because as far as I'm aware honey is always kind of shit which means sugar is always kind of shit. Seasoning is great for obvious reasons. Fruit is the first slot so you can replace it with whatever you want.

I'm not sure about why it's supposed to be notably good though because it's pretty similar to fluffy bread which is far easier to learn and at half the level.

I'm playing a succ sword sage and I'm 140 days in, wasting a lot of time traveling, gathering, crafting, ect, with my food mostly being Fiama, the little girl, and a few other npcs and random adventurers here and there. My base stats are 12, 15, 7, 11, 5, 8, 17, and 14, and my current stats are 15, 28, 15, 13, 8, 18, 17, and 27, so you can see which stats are being heavily favored by the easiest choice of prey. If you made your primary food source Quruitzia you could see a higher magic bias without it being much more difficult.

Dang, you play the game at a way higher level then I do.

I play very lazily and enjoy building up my personal Beach Resort and tending to my crops. The crop-leveling system is very similar to Harvest Moon DS, which is my favorite Harvest Moon game from years back.

My main goal is to outsource all my nefia roles to my pets so I can just spam alchohol beverages and rolled herbs at my base.

Tanking, Damage, Spellcasting, Healing, Reviving, Buffing, Debuffing/Hexing, Area Damage, etc. is all done by my pets who rotate around me at extreme speed like attack satellites while I stumble around and focus on gathering resources.
