Make sure you hit the +100% burst damage cap and +50% abi damage cap. You can easily achieve this with 1 or 2 of the sex 15 eye weaps, which opens up a lot of slots and adds some crit chance to boot. Otherwise use whatever exceed/elaborate you have lying around.3. Depending on your kh strategy, aim for either +100% vigor or +150% rebellion, but not both. Vigor is simpler; typically using around least 2L1S maxed. If you're missing any, there's a few easy ones in the raid medal shop. There was an old meta with the 50 eye and 1L, but avoid it as it's kinda been powercreeped.4. Aim to have at least 63k max hp. You'll need that to get the most out of the 15 eye rise weapon. As mentioned previously, it's a big boost as it counts towards spec atk frame.5. If you want to ride the new rebellion meta, you'll usually have your hp sitting at 25% + spirit shield, so 3L should get you close to the cap with double cata/oni. The skill screen say around +115% at 1 hp. The 15 eye weap for rebellion has some big numbers, but isn't super unique. You can get by with raid medal ones in the meantime.6. Once you have those covered, the rest of your weapons can focus on crit and stinger. From what I understand, crits can only proc once per hit; weapon skills increase the chance of that one proc for +50% damage. On elemental advantage, each stinger weapon has it's own chance to proc for +20% damage, so you can't go wrong with having as many as possible. Keep an eye out for infamous weapons that provide both, like Caspiel's camera or light Ishtar's sword.
