If you don't mind swapping out the Aug rail for something that isn't almost 50 years old, don't mind needing to keep spare parts on hand for swapping to the opposite hand, and don't mind the proprietary mags you can probably end up with a marginally better rifle out of the Aug than the X95. Alternatively the MDR can be made to work well but it doesn't have a great track record and this one took at trip back to DT after about 5k rounds from the prior owner. Ultimately I don't think there's any bullpup that's a better choice than AR. For fun blasting? The FS2000 all day. I'd like to get more rounds through an RDB, but I've liked what I've shot from one.

I'm never gonna run mine hard enough for the difference in durability to manifest, and my Smiths have excellent triggers. Plus they're pretty cost prohibitive to a relatively poorfag trying to save for a house like myself. They are pretty cool guns though.
