Held a wk180 and wk181 at cuckbellas todayWhat pieces of shit. Sharp metal digging into the back of your trigger hand, rattly stocks, and on both models a noticable gap between handguard and upper. Pic rail on the upper was noticibly different from on the HG on the 7.62x39 model.Genuinely worse quality than chinkshit snd that’s saying something. Fucking awful.
>>61471919I thought this was basically common knowledge at this point?
>>61471506Why doesn't the RCAF have armed helicopters? Even CH-146 with rocket pods would be cool.
>>61471973The transport helicopters we have already fall out of the sky with astonishing regularity. Now imagine if they had rocket pods.
>>61471973just adding to CH146 pics
>>61472001>>61471973we don't even have ammo for the MGs, imagine how much rockets must cost
>>61471665Been wanting to go since I was like 13 because of the Vice one.>>61471694Wilco buddy. I want one of these.
>>61471936One anon a few threads ago was saying it was incredible, better than other options, so I went to take a look to confirm for myselfCan confirmAbsolute shite
>>61472059maybe some kind of elaborate troll, like the guy who shills the keltec stuff
>>61472108No, because the guy with the wk181 also has a cmr30.
>>61472138that sounds like he's fully committed to the bit, a true professional. takes a committed retard to waste thousands on not one but two shitguns
>>61471936It should be.
>>61472001Is Ottawa a decent place to live?
>>61472198No it’s a shithole far from any crown land and filled with liberal faggots from the two (2) universities.
>>61472198not sure if this is a srs question
I’ve got a buffer tube stock on mu T81, but it’s a stopgap. My stock adapter is a 1913 adapter, but there are very few good 1913 stocks in Canada. Anybody have any recommendations? I’d love a mwi alpha stock but those are completely unobtainable right now.
>>61472198Nope
>>61472230Could do a zenitco + 1913 adapter?
Women shouldn't be able to vote.
Quality vs quantity fellasThe WK181 will shoot 200 hundred rounds at 1moa, the T81 will shoot 10k rounds at 6moa
>>61472959Is this supposed to be a gotcha against the type 81?
>>61472959Why compromise when you can have both with an x95? Or neither with a Keltec LOL
>>61472959>>61472974this is a forced meme no one gives a shit about either of these garbagerods
>>61472997Newfag here what should i get instead, then? Not going to buy a iwi product. Free palestine, im not supporting israel
>>61472997They are the most popular semiautos in Canada right now
>>61473013Ruger Scout
>>61473028The type 81 yes. The wk is a joke and thankfully even plebbitors know to avoid it
>>61473033Why would I get something bolt sction? I already have muh grandpuhs hunting rifle, a semi auto is far more useful. I don’t need 2 308 bolt actions, sorry.
>>61473028drill rap and ice spice are popular too, doesn't mean they're good
>>61473039>a semi auto is far more usefulthat's a pretty vague statement
>>61473081K
>>61473033Worst bolt i’ve ever used. Absolutely shit. Traded mine for a t3x and never looked back. Steer clear of these shitguns.
>>61473115t3x bolt is definitely smoother, also far more prone to jamming. i got mine because i wanted a bush gun, but i am considering a tikka as a bench gun too, i just don't like that they use proprietary mags.
>>61473156just mod it or get a body that takes aics mags?
>>61473186whats the deal with you and aics mags, i wanna top load and not carry a bunch of mags
>>61473186Or TIkka could stop being fuckers and just make it use normal mags from the factory instead of selling their own for $180 a piece. That's fucking robbery.
>>6147299495 isnt 1moa. better go with the tav7, more accurate. Though fuck does it have mag issues, i thought it was just the duramag steels that the 7 struggled with, but now its spitting out magpuls. going to have to buy more lancers. Or maybe i should just try dremelling out the mag catch pocket on the magpuls, it seems really shallow.
>>61473203then why are you buying a gun with a main selling feature being a removable box magazine?nta but AICS mags are proven to work very well. and jsyk you can top feed PMAG AICS mags, the lips flex enough to push rounds in
>>61473156If your bolt action is jamming that’s fully user error
>>61473215Well the X95 is 5.56 and the Tavor7 is .308 so that's not really apples to apples comparison.
>>61473203If you’re top loading your shitgun anyways then magazine availability doesn’t matter
>>61473228>all those guys in WW1 who had bolts jamming were just bad with guns>it wasn't a design flaw in the Ross Rifles that made them poor guns for muddy and gritty conditionslol ok kid
>>61473237Still not as shitty as an RFB tho, those guns are fucking horrendous pieces of shit.
>>61473241Ross was straight pull.
>>61473257What do you shoot?
>>61473203fair enough>>61473207well sure but in the meantime you can just pay 40 for a mag?I thought there was a easy mod you could do to make them accept the different mags like cut a notch but of course I can't find it now
>>61473260You know straight pull is a bolt action, right? We just shortened it from "turn-bolt" to "bolt" action years ago.
>>61473261Bren2, why?
>>61473257>RFBWould be a great gun if it were actually reliable. Great trigger, great weight balance, good accuracy but just not reliable therefore an expensive toy.
>>61473241WWI (and their manufacturing practices) were more than a century ago. The horror of thousands of acres pummeled by artillery into mud and blood and swamp is not replicable anywhere in Canada. If you are getting jams with a modern manufactured bolt action in normal shooting conditions, that’s user error. I say this as a huntfag and a relative fudd by /cangen/ standards. There is no amount of bush that should fuck over a modern bolt action rifle. We aren’t at paschendale.
>>61473281It’s a shitgun 180
>>61473281Pics or liar
>>61473285AIslop sucks lol
>>61473156>Prone to jammingJust admit you don't know how to work an action lmao>>61473186Bolt action rifles should be designed to be able to be top loaded don't @ me
>>61473300Don't say that to anon, all he does is spam his shitty AI prompts here & seeth when people call them shit lmao
>>61473281>nooo don’t buy THAT plastic crap>buy MY plastic crapLmao just buy an ATRS faggots
>>61473285nta but they still use shitty polymer that cracks easily, people even reported the entire grips breaking off when they dropped from a few feet. wouldn't be such a problem if the grip wasn't integrated into the entire frame of the gun, but it's not a replaceable part like on a tavor or any AR, G36, etc.they really are shit guns
>>61473314What do you shoot?
>>61473298Spotted the angry Keltard
>>61473317Loads, into your mom. Stop datamining everyone's pics you nogunz faggot.
>>61473314Seconding this, no excuse when companies like Tikka and even Savage can make a polymer stock that holds up to field abuse. Leltecs are just rangelet trash shitguns.
>>61473342We've all seen this before: we post our guns and then you say it's someone else's gun or even claim it's YOUR gun. Take your pills you little retard, or better yet just go to bed.
>>61473323No I’ve just genuinely never heard of a cangen anon with a Bren. Plenty of other CZs, b&ts etc. but no brens from what I can remember. Just like when anon claimed to have an FG42 and he actually delivered. It’s nice when anons deliver. Then again I’ve heard the converted gas systems just straight up explode on certain NR models so maybe it’s “in the shop”, eh, bud?
>>61473342What do you shoot, since you're so critical of others?
>>61473359Not if you bought the properly converted rifle length gas conversion. They sent us the shorty barrels too :)
>>61473330Anyone who demands pics is a fed. The whole "post guns/you don't own guns" is a forced meme pushed by CIA people to coax anons into exposing themselves to the fed faggots who monitor this board. If you want to post pics use an old digital camera and be sure not to include serial numbers.
>>61473377you have no guns lol
>>61473376I wasn’t aware anyone imported those. I thought they were carbine length or shorter forced onto rifle length barrels. The proper conversions all got sent to zogkraine. Is it true that brittle plastic magazine well just cracks open in the cold? Heard plenty of horror stories
>>61473393you can tell he's triggered when he posts stuff like this, anyone who insults his precious leltec is a target for his infantile rage lol
>>61473413?
>>61473438?
>>61473413>>61473438>Precious leltecSo now that "finfag" has mostly been dealt with we've found a new bogeyman? That didn't take long.
>>614732305.56? heh, you mean a 22? let me know when you're ready to get a real gun sonny.
>>61473453I'm not entirely convinced that finfag isn't the same as the keltec sperg, they seem to spam about the same time and in the same way.
>>61473453Yeah what the fuck kind of schizoposting is even happening here? Everyone itt needs to touch fucking grass myself included.
>>61473413NTA but I really enjoy my Kel-tek. Easily transportable and I can shoot those legal 10 rounders.
>>61471506So I'm told a train is on fire in Ontario. Which one of you was it?
>>61473475I know some people have them and enjoy them, that's cool and all. It's when people try to LARP as though they're some top tier rifle that it gets a bit silly. They're a cheapo toy gun, basically airsoft tier.
>>61473463Oh my God who fucking cares just ignore it Jesus Christ. /cangen/ is way too easy to bait. No fucking wonder finfag was at this shit for years. He left this general so fucking buck broken that even after months without him showing his face half the thread is still accusing other random (retarded) anons of being him. It’s fucking pathetic. Finfag win’s if you keep fucking giving so much of a shit about him. Who FUCKING CARES. Gah damn.
>>61473475But they snap in half anon
>>61473489Even the keltard never actually said it was a good gun. He said last thread it was just a cope till ARs come back. Idk why that set some ppl off tho
>>61473228Eh not really. Plus tikkas are known for their silky smooth actions but that’s only when dry firing once you go to chamber a round it’s not nearly as nice. I was honestly disappointed after how much I’ve heard tikkas were the best thing ever
>>61473491Finfag is just a red herring, idk if he ever even existed. But the Keltard definitely exists, and he's cringe af.
>>61473491Finfag is most definitely still here and he shits up the threads constantly
>>61473508tikkas were good for the money back then but some reason they creeped up in price and now they arent worth it anymore
>>61473501yeah he only now said that to do damage control. he still mass reports posts that make fun of his gun, he's ITT right now seething like an idiot. he only has poorfag shitguns too like that famae
>>61473491Fucking amen>>61473509You might be a newfag literally just look up “finny” in the desuarchive he was very real, but anon is right that a lot of anons have a weird obsession with other posters in the thread. Finfag is gone by now, thank fuck, but it’s like he never left if everyone is accusing others of them being him
>>61473508If you jam a bolt action you are a knuckle dragging retard

>>61471634I read that in Moom's voice
>>61473530> famae> poorfag shitgunWait what
>>61473543I don't think too many of us actually care, it's just the obnoxious drama that pseudo-tripfags bring into any thread. They stir up shit with their attentionwhoring and shitposting and then play the victim card. I really wish some of these dickholes would use a trip so I could just filter them out, especially that fucking manbaby retard with the Keltec. He is basically the inspiration for all this bullshit.
>>61473569famaes were also good when they were $2k guns but asking $4k is kinda nuts and shitgun tier
>>61473538Savage 110’s, this generals 2nd favourite bolt gun ( ruger scout is still king), for example have an extremely sloppy bolt. If you don’t float the bolt just perfect and push straight you’ll bind up and won’t get a smooth bolt stroke.
>>61473576the quality has gone way down, one anon was showing his with a cracked stock, fucked up milling inside the receiver, burrs on the metal...it was a complete shitshow and he paid $3,500 for itnot to mention proprietary mags are just stupid these days, everything should use AR mags.
>>61473576Yeah sounds like a real poorfag gun
>>61473598Skilll issue don’t be a dumbfuck and rifle is fine
>>61473598Moist nugget will always be kimg
>>61473598I've noticed that with the axis action, but that was with the floor model at a gun shop likely not broken in nor lubricated.
>>61473598Oh sorry you need a delicate rifle didn’t realize you were a massive pussy. Real men grip that bolt and run it with authority and have no problems.
>>61473641Trying to force it will just give you more problems
Gn retards
>>61473475Sub2000 is not even in the same universe as the rdb. That's one those coke heads at Keltec got totally right. I put a red dot with a quick mount rail so I can fold it on mine, 500 rounds so far with zero malfunction, and it holds zero.
>>61473608well they were poorfag guns when they were 2k because the sg550s were 4k>>61473607no iron sights really ruined the new batch, plus no green furniture also. though the mags have to be proprietary because the receiver is too slim for ar10 or even m14 style mags.
>>61473637No it’s a cheap gun that is subpar. Will it kill a durr? Yes absolutely but that is an extremely low bar
>>61473682500 with zero malfunction? Those are rookie numbers. I've run 1200 through my RDB with no problems.
>>61473689Not too slim for acis mags
>>61473703I shot 5,000 out of mine without a single malfunction. Then I experienced a catastrophic malfunction in which the bolt would not lock back due to the 2 connecting arms bending in a way they are not supposed to. Still don't know how to fix this or if it's even possible.
>>61473689I think trusting chile to make a gun is a bad idea
>>614737382 connecting arms? What did you mean?
>>61473738The waffling is ugly as fuck, it wouldn't look half bad if they just stopped doing that on all their guns.
>>61473776nta but imo it's fine. Not too aggressive and not too slippery. I've a grip strength of 200 and stippling hurts. I don't like running gloves on my guns either.
>>61473709might be possible but it would take a lot of tinkering
>>61473695Well it sounds like the 110 suffers from the exact same issue... You do actually have experience handling these firearms... Right...??
>>61473792I think the biggest AICS mag is like 10 rounds. Ruger Scout mags are basically AICS and shitty old ProMag makes a 20 rounder. Still not 30 though.
>>61473799Yes savage rifles suck
>>61473039Getting a semiauto if you don't have an AR-15 already sitting in your locker, in this environment, is a waste of money. You should cope by getting into a good shotgun, bolt action or lever gun and just run out the clock on the government. When they're out and the firearms act has been fixed, just buy the semiauto you actually want. You can just go buy any number of short barreled shotguns you want, it's cool and the only flex we have on the US. Single action long gun coping isn't the worst path to take, since you can still get quality firearms in this category.
>>61473203I want to stuff mags into my chest rig and larp in the woods, not unload a box of rounds into my pockets and be a tactical maraca.
>>61473475I like the profile, the dimensions and the fact the magazines go in the grip like a handgun. I like everything about the Sub2k except the folding part... Wish they made a PCC just like this, that was beefed up internally out of the box so I wouldn't have to buy Mcarbo aftermarket parts that didn't fold.
>>61473805You can get 12 round mags from MDT and then throw on their, I think, three round base plate extensions and squeeze fifteen out of it. That's the best and most easily available option I can think of. Ten is plenty adequate, but when I get a Ruger Scout, I fully intend to get four metal mags worth of those because I fucking can.
>>61473805The 12 rounders actually fit 13rds.Plenty for scouting.
>>61474001oops, i actually meant that You for (You)picrel is a 12, theyre very secxy bitches
>>61473940You should circumcise that magtube, anon.
>>61474073Anon, you haven't even seen it with an erection.
>>61474015>>61474035Intensely dank, I have a bunch of different types for my .223, but you can't magmaxx with those like in .308.>>61474073And to add... With the 14" 590A1, it's hard finding a side sling mount that fit it as is, easiest way was to just get some S&J tube extensions, since they come with the mount in the package along with a follower and better spring. So Hapsburg's underbite is the price I'm willing to pay for comfort.
Are you guys ever going to get pistols back? Any movement on that?
>>61474381>Are you guys ever going to get pistols back? I'd give it, at best, about a 50% chance of happening within the next 5 years.>Any movement on that?Nah nigger, theyre "frozen", thats like the opposite of movement. We need a different talking head to fix that.
>>61474381Yes, we should get them back after the next election.

>>61473300Your penis is just small like a pencil eraser.

>>61474770Based NB Alta Sask and Man Also from the article>their plan was to have people put guns in fucking POSTAL boxesI’m not even a torontoid but what the fuck. Legit never committed a crime in my life, I even drive the fucking speed limit and the first thing that comes to my mind is>isn’t that just a ski mask, crowbar, and stolen Kia away from being basically a fucking loot crate for criminals? I mean look at your average canada postie boxes. Those aren’t hardly even bolted into the ground. That’s SO FUCKING DUMB lmfao
>>61475186Like what’s the peak of post office security? A fucking flap that only lets the mail in, not out? Were they seriously planning on just having people throw their guns, usually with serial numbers attached to them, in the equivalent of a donation drop off bin? As it is crackheads get into those weekly
>>61475186>their plan was to have people put guns in fucking POSTAL boxesLiterally what else can they even do? This is an enormous country with a fairly small population, having people mail them in on the honour system is the only way to do this that's even remotely feasible
>>61475219How about not take our legally purchased property lmfao
>>61475230My point is they're powerless to take it. All they can do is ask and hope you comply by willingly putting your unregistered gun, that they don't know you have, in the mail. It's a retarded joke
>>61471919>Sharp metal digging into the back of your trigger handSomething tells me you held the old gen 1 because the current gen ones are curved in the grip.
>>61475249Or rather, that's all they *could* do before the postal service told them to eat shit, kek. Now they can do literally nothing.
>>61475249Yeah that’s what I was saying from the start too. They’ve really shat the bed on this, thank fuck. Guess you can always depend on government inadequacy
>>61473787>grip strength of 2001: no you don't2: do you not have the fine motor skills to modulate pressure with your hands? How tf do you grab milk from the fridge? Does it just explode everywhere? 3: no really, you don't.
>>61475284Seriously my mom says I’m really strong
>>61475271>They’ve really shat the bed on thisI mean realistically, the only way to do it "properly" would be a completely unprecedented mobilization of the military against the population on a national scale, going door to door on *millions* of citizens. It would have taken years of sustained action, cost God knows how many billions of dollars, and people would have fucking died. Even I'm not black pulled enough to believe that would happen. They doomed themselves to fail the second they caved to the poly types and declared mandatory compliance on TV. Frankly I think they knew it from the start and have been stalling for time ever since.
>>61474770this is extremely based but literally makes zero sense because canada post already ships guns but now wont help the feds despite being a fed corporation. someone there must hate trudeau.
>>61475307It's not because they're afraid to ship guns, per se. Like you said they do it every day. What they're unironically afraid of is god-tier turbochads mowing down the mailman when he comes to get the AR. It's literally in the article.
>>61475306Let’s face it the only reason liberals even banned those guns was because they wanted to get the same 15 mins of fame as that bitch in New Zealand got. Pretty much every single liberal bill including ones on firearms have no sustenance and we’re only made to get a quick headline that makes their voters and global homos feel good. But don’t despair brothers for we only have one year max left until the VZs shall sing again.
>>61475321*PS, FEDS: This characterization is intended to be humorous and should not be interpreted as an endorsement of murdering the postman, kek

Criminal gangs can tail the trucks, wait for them to pick up enough guns, and then raid them, which puts their drivers at risk. The union doesn’t want that. So now the RCMP, municipal police forces, Provincial police, and even Canada Post have refused to partake in the program. Looks like the gun buyback was a massive flop and impacted the government’s position severely. They know it’s impossible to enforce, their bluff failed.

Make the bar to entry so tedious and make the pursuit so arduous that any fruit it bears will not be worth it in the end. They want you to simply give up so they no longer have to fight you, that's the goal of every communist. They are afraid of conflict and only like it when power is tipped heavily in their favour. >>61475999Honestly they will keep pushing it. We saw that with the Long Gun Registry years ago. Everyone said it was a stupid waste of money and only so many people even complied with it. The program cost several BILLION dollars over its short lifetime and accomplished absolutely nothing other than to create a shopping list of firearms for thieves who breached the RCMP servers DOZENS of times. They will keep wasting money because it's a make work project and virtue signalling, and there's no price too steep when you're using taxpayer money to show everyone how much you hate guns and love public safety. >>61477048Thanks for the advice I'll look into getting a used shotgun then. That's just something I want to have at home anyways. I doubt I'll get much use from it.
>>61476924the play in the bolt is by design, and anyone who's shot Mauser actions would recognize this is typical of any rifle that uses them including old Mausers. it will tolerate a shitload of grime and debris and still cycle cleanly. there's obviously a bit more practise to get the bolt forward each time, but if you are one of the people claiming to "bind" up the bolt when pushing it forward it would undoubtedly mean terrible form and purely a skill issue. you'd have to be forcing the bolt sideways to get it to actually bind instead of just sliding forward, so i put no stock in retards who complain about the action on the scouts. they're excellent guns and insanely accurate rifles. honestly i think a good deal of it is sour grapes from poorfags who bought something like a Mossberg MVP and feel bad about it.
>>61477231It's the only Mauser action rifle I have, so I wouldn't know. I do occasionally have the bolt bind on me when I'm shooting off a rest, but it's not like it completely jams up or anything. It's just kind of unpleasant and rough. It's far from unusable and the cool features of the gun more than make up for it
>>61477286I have an older Remington 700 and the bolt has play when it's pulled all the way to the rear, it's fairly normal for most guns to have. About the only guns you don't find that on are precision rifles, custom rifles, and some Tikkas and Sakos because a smooth bolt is sort of their claim to fame. The bolts on those are machined with very tight tolerances, but they will bind easily from ice or sand, and they require more frequent lubing to prevent wear that can develop "slop" too. Everything's a trade off. If I bought a gun purely for hunting 2-3 times a year and nothing else I'd probably get a Sako. But I use mine way more and like that an older 700, or a newer Scout, can be used heavily without issues.
>>61477351>it's fairly normal for most guns to haveOh yeah, I know. I'm just a bit biased because my other new-production bolt guns are a Steyr Scout, an RPR, and a CZ455, all of which have extremely nice bolt throws. I do have a couple of milsurp boltguns too though, so I know how bad it can get
