Why doesn’t Israel follow an expansionist policy in the middle east like Iran and Turkey since they have the military capabilities?

They do though. Just look at the Golan Heights or west bank settlements, the people surrounding them are Muslim so they don't like it as much when they expand on them when compared to the other two and even then you still have Kurdish separatists and Balochi separatists in the other two.
