I've been carrying a g19 with this holster for a couple months now. It does alright for winter appendix carry but I noticed that I print when I wear t-shirts. Looking to get a new holster for summer. What holsters do you guys use for summer carry?

Very specific question here but anyone know of a below waistband push draw holster for an LCP Max similar to pic rel (but not a piece of shit) & Cherries (not compatible with the LCP Max)?

Simpler the better. Both leather holsters were $20 and nobody’s ever noticed. LCP is new and the pocket holster is super slick in my back pocket.

Baby beluga whale skin holster is the only option

I carry a 19x with an attached x300, and a spare 19 round magazine all in the same holster and you wouldn't know it even if you were looking out for concealed firearms.

Switch the ulticlips or a DCC clip.

Have you tried the leather holster with a full size gun? I have one but I hate how it clips to my belt.

I'll check that out. Thanks. I've been looking at some alien gear holsters too. Not sure what I think about them though.

I just moved that claw thing up as high as it would go so the gun sits lower in my pants.

A lot of the guntubers were talking about those, I began to suspect that they were just paid shills. Also, personally the look and name of those things are cringe.
>>
>>61578516
Agreed. I didn't know that guntuber's were shilling them. The thing that got me thinking about them is that it's a system of holsters. So you can go between appendix, owb, and such as needed. I'll have to try to find a decent review.
>>
since this is a holster thread, can I get an id on this holster? apparently it clips to the belt
>>

If you need that functionality of changing the position you carry, I get it. I only do appendix, if I wanted to carry differently I'd just get a different holster made for that.

Typically speaking, items that are made for two different functions don't do either spectacularly.

That's a fair point. I've been carrying appendix but I just hate sitting down when I have my glock on me. Super annoying
>>
>>61575365
Yeah but you know, every moment youre sitting down
>>
>>61580235
Yeah the alien gear system is pretty thick, I got it for my first pistol so I could try all the carry positions before settling on one
>>
What's best carry for office work?
Almost always sitting, can't print or the secretaries will throw a fit
polo and jeans
>>

I used to keep my gun in my backpack but that was when I was still super new to carrying. Now I just appendix carry.
>>
>>61581032
Did the alien gear help you decide then?

Strongly recommend JM custom kydex, specifically the wing claw 2.0 with the offset clips. Both the wingy thing and the offset clips are a pretty big deal, noticeably cuts down on the thickness IWB. Can add a foam pad too if you want for more comfort and concealment

any holster company that has a holster for the steyr l9a2 with a steiner sbal-pl. it's an unfortunate combo to find a good holster for

JM is a top tier brand but is not a magician. you arent going to hide a G19 in summer shorts and a light t shirt. maybe if you have the perfect body but most people wont be able to especially if you actually go outside and theres a breeze that blows against your clothes.

I always heard one should never use a leather holster with a gun lacking an external safety, for the trigger can be depressed from staffing leather?

How long have you had the Vedder holster?

Anyone know where I can get a holster for a long cylinder BFR with a 9in barrel? Only ones I can find are for a 7.5in barrel max. I need to open carry this biggest of irons on my hip.
>>
>>61574878
I used that same holster with my P3AT and I did not like it. I got a stiffer, leather pocket holster I like more.
>>
>>61585646
4 or 5 years. I'm glad I got the claw on it to keep the gun from hanging out. I also had to put blue loctite on just about every sceew.
