If Costco's Kirkland signature brand sold firearms, specifically a 9mm service pistol, a 9mm concealed carry pistol, a 12 gauge shotgun, a semi-automatic 5.56 rifle, and a .308 bolt-action rifle, then what would they be?
>>
>>61898760
It would just be whatever PSA sells now but with a different label and an insufferable fanbase... oh wait...

Also are the pizzas and chicken bakes at Costco any good? There's one right next to my office and I'm debating whether or not I should get one so I can have cheap lunches.
>>
>>61898760
They would make Kel-Tec a good company.
>>
I actually had a dream shortly after the whole covid thing started that I went to Costco and they had a whole prepper/survival aisle that included Glock 19s and M&P sports that were being sold in big cardboard blister packs, the same way Costco sells small electronics and cosmetics etc. in real life.

Pizza is alright. Skip the chicken bake. The best option is the hot dog.
>>
>>61898902
The pizzas are really good for the money and IMO beat most national chains, unfortunately they got rid of the combo pizza a few years back and only have cheese and pepperoni now though. The chicken bakes are worth buying frozen but not for what they cost at the cafe imo. They recently added a turkey and swiss sandwich that's expensive by Costco standards ($7) but surprisingly good though.

>all that garbage for their lineup

Pure retardation.
Costco pizza will blow out any national pizza chain, it's only real limitation is the lack of toppings but they needed a nerf otherwise Papa John's, Pizza Hut and Dominos would be bankrupt by now
>>
>>61898902

You people are fucking insane, what the fuck? I don't know if they've changed anything in the 10 years since I lost the ability to go to costco, but the pizza was always the weirdest shit at the food court. The taste was just barely average but it was completely floppy and thin and almost impossible to eat, like a new york pizza with erectile dysfunction. Did they change it or are you all just retards?

years of Sbarros fake pizza and cheese stuffed crust goyslop has dulled your tastes to the purity of Costco pizza
their pizzas always come out with crispy crusts and full of flavor without being over sauced. The optimal amount of cheese is portioned over them to create those thick strings of gooey mozzarella when you bite into a slice and pull away. Fuck you

The stuff you can get at costco isnt all bottom of the barrel shit. They'd probably have at least beretta tier handguns and tikkas.
>>
>>61899710
Literal projection, the only way you could think that shit is even remotely good pizza is if your only frame of reference is sbarros and digiorno. Unlike you I know what pizza is supposed to be and I'm pretty sure it's not a fucking wet paper towel with cheese. It's the only bad thing Costco sells.
>>
>>61898902
The pizza has added seed oils which make you get greasy pizza stinking shits. Smell the pizza up close and you'll never eat one again, idk wtf they're putting in that shit but it smells like a rotting cunt and the smell remains as it passes through your system. The chicken bakes are always burnt because Mexicans can't do anything right.
>>
Costco's chicken used to be okay but they have so many additives and hormones pumped into those birds to plump them up that you can't even call them chicken on a genetic level anymore. I wouldn't feed thaf shit to my dog. Go to winco if you want decent and cheaper rotisseries
>>

>>

>>
>>61900002
It's fucking slop, literal slop, that's the actual noise it makes when it just slides loosely off your hand because it doesn't even have anything that could qualify as a crust, just an oversized sheet of hopefully cooked dough. No amount of coping will change that.
>>
>>61898902
A chicken bake is way too much for a lunch. They're big ass mfers, and I normally split it with someone when I get it, but they're pretty gud.
Pizza is awesome for the price, and a slice would be a good cheap lunch. I get the pizza almost once every week for UFC watch parties I have with my best friends. I always get 2, one cheese and one pepperoni, and two feed all of us no problem (5 people and we always have leftovers).
Hot dog is the best lunch option for the price. Best thing there.

Costco generally either sells rebranded white label versions of upper-midrange products or they straight up buy out what they need to to make a solid product in-house with razor-thin profit margins. There are shitloads of lists online telling you who makes what kirkland products and they all tend to be pretty high-quality.

>specifically a 9mm service pistol
I wanna say Glock but S&W M&P seems more likely
>9mm concealed carry pistol
See previous
>a 12 gauge shotgun
Mossberg 500, like Sears and Montgomery Ward and others did for decades
>a semi-automatic 5.56 rifle
Would probably pull the same thing Primary Arms has with their "Expo Arms" in-house brand where they source everything from a number of shockingly good OEMs when you start to look into it
>a .308 bolt-action rifle
Probably Tikka or some shit like that

Again the likelihood that they would do anything other than contract out production to companies known for making solid no-frills products is against their MO. So that's what they'd do.

Going by Sears, K-Mart, and Walmart as examples it'd just be brand name guns, possibly in a special edition, some remarked with their brand name instead. 9mm would be a glock/clone, 12ga probably a mav 88, 5.56 a PSA AR, 308 one of the budget hunting rifles I can't think of.

No. The closest you're going to get is the Walmart exclusive Ruger 10/22 from around '09 but no special markings. K-Mart had some guns marked K-Mart including shotguns I can't find online. Sears marked them JC Higgins or Sears. Montgomery Ward had Westernfield guns (also marked Montgomery Ward under the Westernfield name). K-Mart also had a special version of the Remington Nylon/Mohawk in green or black IIRC. Walmart may have had their own but my memory is a little fuzzy. And several others. I don't believe Walmart ever ordered anything custom with their name on it but I may be wrong, but they did have exclusive models, I think.

Interestingly one Walmart exclusive model sold here with a D prefix s/n which usually means it's a duplicate serial number AFAIK. Odd. Model 01115, s/n D353-81477. Made in 2009 if you punch it in Ruger's serial number lookup.

Interestingly enough Bass Pro does have a special edition but no mention of their name on the guns. Cabelas (now owned by Bass Pro) has "their own" brand of ammo, Herter's, which is really just rebranded Winchester these days. I believe they also rebranded some clear fully plastic shotgun shells that Wanda made as well as a fully plastic opaque yellow 20ga ribbed shotgun shell I don't know the origin of. I'm not sure if any store brand gun names still exist. It's really weird because as far as I know it was a thing from around 1900-2000 and is all but dead like it never happened.

Costco reminds me of the WW2 era American military industry: everything is standardised to a ridiculous level, down to the very light fittings of every store in the world, and they produce in volumes that puts every competitor to shame. And yet, despite the sheer bulk of their products, they actually maintain an acceptable, consistent quality. Even their pizzas are specially designed to be the same every time.
